About subscription
What's different from a normal project?
It’s really just a different approach leading to the same end result — an improved customer experience. The difference is mostly about pace and flexibility. Many businesses are looking to continuously improve and optimise, and having the flexibility to do so without committing to something more complex is often valued.
On the other hand, we see a lot of interest in collaboration, but the timing isn't right for any major changes. Even if all the stars don't align right now, our design subscription is an option to keep moving towards results, just at a pace that better suits your current situation.
We’re still here for the long term, helping you address your needs and challenges — from production to maintenance, Grebban provides ongoing support by delivering weekly bite-sized enhancements.
What happens after I start my subscription?
Depending on how you want to kick off a conversation or start a plan, we always set up an initial discovery meeting to dig deeper into your goals and objectives. In that meeting, we'll define goals and sketch out a roadmap.
Based on your needs and requirements, we can usually get things rolling really quick with weekly sprints and check-ins. We handle all tasks and requests through Asana and mainly communicate using Slack and email. Of course, we're flexible and open to your choice of project management tool as well.
How do I add and manage tasks and requests?
We aim to simplify the process for both you and us. That's why we recommend having weekly sprint planning meetings. This allows us to keep track of progress, address any needs, and ensure that everything is aligning with your preferences.
When it comes to requesting designs through Asana, we provide flexibility to suit your preferences. The most straightforward method is to request design directly via Asana. However, if you have other preferred methods, feel free to share your ideas through Google Docs, wireframes, or even by recording a brief Loom video for those who find it more convenient than written instructions.
How can I cancel my design subscription?
You can use our subscription for as long as you’d like and can cancel anytime. There are no hidden fees or penalties for cancelation; the subscription will simply not renew from the following month. Should you decide to pause or cancel the subscription, simply let us know and its done.
What's the catch?
No catch. This way of working reflects how most of our collaborations progress into long-term partnerships, so it only feels natural to offer it as a service from the get-go. You can submit unlimited requests for any of our services. We will then discuss the priorities with you and start working on these tasks in the agreed order as long as you are subscribed to one of the packages.
Why wouldn't I just hire a designer full-time?
Usually, it isn't "this subscription or an in-house designer"; most of our subscriptions are bought for companies with in-house capabilities. While some companies have the resources to build a full-scale in-house agency, most don't, and this is a way to benefit from a broad range of competence without hiring an entire team. Grebban provides you with a fractional creative team with specialist resources with or without in-house capabilities working with CRO, design and optimisation.

There's no commitment until we've thoroughly discussed and mutually agreed on the tasks at hand. How will the day-to-day way of working look like?
From the get-go, you'll have a dedicated designer to keep things running smoothly and make sure we understand how you work. This commitment ensures you're always up to date on your project's status and when it'll be finished, so there's no guessing.
We're flexible about how often we check in and communicate – it's all based on what works best for you. But, we usually suggest and usually do a quick weekly meeting. During these sessions, we can dive into what's currently happening, talk about progress, and pinpoint any outstanding tasks.
Our approach is super adaptable. We take the time to really understand what you need, figure out the kind of work required, find the best team for the job, plan everything out, and prioritize projects. This way, we can seamlessly fit into your workflow, making sure our collaboration is stress-free and meets your expectations.
What project management tools do you use?
We use Asana for our internal processes and for time tracking. This enables seamless collaboration, as we can invite multiple team members and stakeholders to participate in managing tasks. Additionally, we are flexible and open to integrating with other project management tools you may already be utilising to ensure compatibility with your preferred platform.
Do you do custom plans?
Absolutely! We're all about making things easy for you. We've got three standard plans to start with, but if they're not exactly what you're looking for, no worries. We're more than happy to craft a custom plan that fits your specific needs. Whether you need a lot or a little, we can create a plan that works just right for you.
